This item is excellent. I absolutely love it! The plates are interchangeable and remove easily for cleaning. It says do not wash in the dishwasher, it is absolutely no issue to wash it by hand after each use as it cleans super easily. I like the black model. It warms up fast, I especially love the waffles! 3-in-1 for each bear
I like the idea that it is a multi-purpose item that is a space-saver! As previously mentioned, the waffle does not become a golden-crisp colour or texture when cooked. But overall a lovely buy.

Awesome, compact and quality product
This product is exactly as I expected. I grew up with one of these, and I mean the same one in my household for 20 years, so I am so excited to have my own. The quality is what I would expect from Kenwood. Works perfectly and I am excited to have it for years to come.
