Good pouring but lid can slip off.
I love the teapot as it's a good size and looks neat. My domestic broke the lid and unfortunately I received no response from the Jan website when I asked for a replacement lid — how disappointing. Had to purchase a full replacement. Other than the brands disgusting after sales service — I would buy again for its simplistic design and decent pouring spout.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
