Great for Baking
I bought this primarily for bread baking - baguettes need to be 96°C in the centre of the loaf!
This thermometer is perfect:
- The probe is narrow and penetrates the loaf easily without leaving a gaping hole.

Simple, accurate results
Excellent product. While it is pricey, it is definitely worth the outlay. It provides accurate and instant readings unlike the horrible analog thermometers which take forever to obtain a reading.

The best
This is a very good unit. I’m only using it for a while. Gives me the bone temperature and then meat temperature. We even use it to see what the temperature was in the house and outside spot on. I can’t wait to see when OXO makes a Bluetooth unit.
